The Law compels social insurance funds to:
finalize decisions of the funds’ boards in the form of resolutions and publish them on the official websites of the respective funds within 5 working days after their adoption;
publish funds’ budgets and changes in the funds’ budgets, as well as the reports on fulfillment of budgets for the previous year within 5 working days after the approval on the official websites of the respective funds; and, within two weeks, publish these documents in the official print publications of the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The following laws were amended: “On Mandatory State Social Insurance in Case of Unemployment”, “On Mandatory State Social Insurance due to Temporary Disability and Expenses Caused by Burial” and “On Mandatory State Social Insurance against Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases that Caused Disability”.
The respective draft law, amended in the course of discussion, was registered under No. 2106.
